Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to make and deliver your designs:
- Your mobile number, used to sign in and to deliver files on WhatsApp
- Your agency name, city and contact line, which are printed on the flyers
- Your logo and brand colour, stored so we can reuse them on every order
- Your order history: design code, amount, date and status
What we never collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs, CVVs, bank credentials or OTPs. Payments are handled entirely by Cashfree Payments on their own systems.
Where it is stored
Your profile, logo and design picks are stored in your own browser. Order records, meaning the design code, amount, status and the brief you send us, are stored on our servers so we can fulfil and support your order.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Cashfree Payments, to process the payment (they receive your name and mobile number)
- WhatsApp, when you send or receive messages from us
- Our hosting provider, which stores the order records on our behalf
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your profile at any time; we will keep only what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Write to sales@alphaxdezignerzstudio.com to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. We respond within a reasonable period, normally a few working days.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
