Refund and Cancellation Policy

In short

This is a made-to-order design service. Once we have started work on your flyer, the order cannot be cancelled, but if we miss our delivery promise, you get your money back in full.

Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin work on your design. In practice that means before you receive our confirmation on WhatsApp that your flyer has been started.

Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, because the design is personalised to your agency and cannot be resold.

When we refund in full

We refund the full amount, without argument, if:

• we do not deliver your files within 24 hours of receiving your payment and complete brief
• we decline your order for any reason
• you were charged twice for the same order
• money was debited but the order never appeared in your account

When we do not refund

We do not refund once the design has been delivered and matches the brief you gave us. Specifically:

• a change of mind after delivery
• a mistake in the text, prices or details you supplied
• unused posts on an expired monthly plan
• dissatisfaction with the base design you chose, which you saw before ordering

If something is wrong with our work

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it under the two free revisions included with every order. If we cannot make it right, we will refund you.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 73835 52512 or email sales@alphaxdezignerzstudio.com with your order code (it looks like AX-1234). We respond within one working day.

Approved refunds are sent back to the UPI ID the payment came from. Banks usually credit it within 5 to 7 working days.

Duplicate or failed payments

If money left your account but the order shows as failed or pending, do not pay again. Send us the order code and the bank reference. A failed payment is auto-reversed by your bank, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
