By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

What you are buying

We sell a personalisation service on ready-made travel flyer designs. You choose a design, give us your text, prices, brand colour and logo, and we adapt that design by hand for your agency.

Unless the design page says otherwise, one order delivers two image files, a 9:16 story and a square post, in PNG and JPEG. We do not supply editable source files, PDFs or the fonts and stock photographs used in the design.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 12 hours of receiving your payment and your complete brief on WhatsApp. The clock starts when we have both, not when payment alone is made.

Finished files are delivered on WhatsApp to the number on your order, and by email to the address on your order. Nothing is posted or couriered: this is a digital product only.

Changes and revisions

Every order includes two free revisions: corrections to text, prices, colours or logo placement on the design you ordered.

Further changes, or a request that amounts to a different design, are chargeable at the then-current price.

The monthly plan

The 20-post plan is valid for one calendar month from activation and covers up to 20 personalised designs.

Unused posts expire at the end of that month and do not carry over. The plan is not transferable between accounts.

Your content and your responsibility

You confirm that your logo, offers, prices and any text you send us are yours to use, and that the package details you advertise are accurate.

We are not responsible for the commercial accuracy of what your flyer claims, or for bookings you take on the strength of it.

Ownership and use

Once paid, you may use the delivered files to promote your own travel agency, on any channel, without a time limit.

You may not resell the files, pass them to another agency, or offer them as a design service of your own. The underlying template designs remain ours.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown are the final amount payable. Any tax applicable is included in that amount.

Payment is collected online through Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point.

An order is confirmed only when the payment gateway reports it as successful. A closed payment window or a pending bank status is not a confirmed order.

When we may refuse an order

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the brief is unlawful, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or is outside what we can produce.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or lost revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction.
