Who is responsible

AlphaX Dezignerz Studio, Nirman House, 107, Ashram Rd, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 380009, Gujarat, India, decides how the personal data described here is used. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Forms on this site. When you send an enquiry, request a free demo, download a guide or join the newsletter, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website and message, and any logo file you attach.

WhatsApp, calls and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep the messages, files and contact details you share so we can reply and deliver your project.

Project material. Logos, photos, prices, customer-facing details and logins you send us for building your site.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo or quote, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and keep records required by law. If you join the newsletter, we email you about website and marketing topics, and every email lets you unsubscribe. We may follow up once or twice on WhatsApp about an enquiry you started. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: our website host, the email delivery service that forwards form submissions to our inbox, WhatsApp (Meta) for chats, and the domain, hosting or payment providers used for your project. Each handles the data under its own privacy terms. We also share data when the law requires it.

Payments

We invoice by UPI or bank transfer. We never ask for, collect or store debit or credit card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs. When you pay, we keep only the payment record your bank or UPI app shows us, such as the amount, date and UTR or transaction number, so we can match it to your invoice.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, such as remembering that you closed a popup. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on it. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security. If we add analytics later, we will list it here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually eight years.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. Write to us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Logins you share for a project are used only for that project, and we ask you to change them after handover.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
