Who we are

AlphaX Dezignerz Studio ("AlphaX", "we", "us") is a website design and creative studio at Nirman House, 107, Ashram Rd, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 380009, Gujarat, India. These terms apply to every project we take on and to your use of www.alphaxdezignerzstudio.com. By approving a quote or paying an advance, you accept them.

Services

We design and build websites, travel portals, admin panels and landing pages, and we produce logos, social media posts, reels, itineraries and other design work. The exact scope of each project, including the number of pages, features, deliverables and price, is what we confirm with you in writing, usually on WhatsApp or email. Anything outside that written scope is extra work and is quoted separately before we start it.

A free demo is a sample on your brand so you can judge the design. It does not oblige you to buy, and it does not give either side any rights in the other's material until a project is paid for.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are listed on our pricing page or in your quote. We accept UPI and bank transfer. Unless your quote says otherwise, work starts after an advance payment, and the balance is due before the site goes live on your domain or before final files are handed over.

Where GST applies, it is added to the quoted price and shown on the invoice. The advance covers design time already spent, so it is not refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled after that point, you pay for the work done up to the cancellation.

Hosting, domain and maintenance are included free for the first year on website plans, then renewed at the yearly rate shown on the pricing page at the time of renewal.

Your content and approvals

You provide the logo, photos, prices, package details and other content for your project, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Delays in sending content or approvals move the delivery date by the same amount of time.

We check facts we add ourselves, but you are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, itineraries, licences, policies and contact details on the finished site.

Revisions

Each project includes reasonable rounds of changes within the agreed scope, sent together on WhatsApp or email. New pages, new features or a change of design direction after approval count as new work and are quoted before we do them.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final design, the content we wrote for you and the domain registered in your name. Until full payment, all work remains ours. Open source code, fonts, stock photos and third party plugins stay under their own licences, which allow your use of them on the site.

We may show the finished work, its screenshots and a link to it in our portfolio and case studies, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Hosting and third party services

Sites run on third party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, email delivery and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or fees. Payments made by your customers through a gateway go to your account, under your agreement with that gateway.

If yearly renewals are not paid, we may suspend hosting after giving notice. We will hand over your domain and site files on request once dues are cleared.

Liability

We build every site with care, but we do not promise a particular search ranking, number of enquiries or sales. Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data on systems we do not control.

Use of this website

Do not misuse this site, send spam through its forms, or try to break its security. Content, designs and templates shown here belong to AlphaX or to our clients and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. A project already underway stays on the terms you accepted when it started.
