Questions before you pick a tier
- What happens after the included years run out?
- After the year on Growth or the three years on Brand, an annual maintenance contract (AMC) of Rs 4,000 per year covers hosting, domain, SSL and support. We send a reminder before the renewal date, you are never auto charged.
- Can I move up a tier later?
- Yes. You pay the difference between what you paid and the tier you are moving to, and we add the extra pages and features rather than rebuilding the site.
- Is GST charged on top of these prices?
- These are the prices you pay. If your business needs a GST invoice for its own books, we issue one at the same amount, nothing added on top.
- How is payment split?
- 50 percent to start the build, 50 percent before the site goes live. Nothing is asked for after launch beyond the renewal fee if your included years have ended.
- Do I own the code and the content?
- Yes. The domain, the hosting account and the repository are all set up in your name, and everything is handed over at launch, not held back.
