Coaching institute website design that fills the next batch

Parents comparing coaching classes are doing research, not browsing. They want to know which courses you run, who teaches them, what the batch timings are, what it costs, and whether other parents were happy. A website that answers all five turns a comparison into an admission enquiry. One that only shows a photo of the building does not.

We build institute sites around the admission decision, with course pages that can be found individually on Google and an enquiry that reaches you with the student's course and class already attached.

What parents check before they enquire

We built the site for Fusion Academy in Bengaluru and the useful lesson was how narrow the decision actually is. Parents were not reading the mission statement. They were checking three things and then messaging. Build for those three and the enquiries arrive.

01

A page for every course you teach

Class 10 science, NEET foundation, spoken English, whatever you run, each with its own page carrying syllabus, duration, batch timings and fee guidance. Separate pages let a parent searching for one specific course find you, which a single Courses list never will.

02

Faculty with names and faces

Parents are handing you their child's year. Teacher names, qualifications, years of experience and a photograph do more to close an admission than any amount of design polish. Anonymous faculty is the fastest way to lose a comparison.

03

Enquiry that arrives ready to answer

Student name, class, course of interest and preferred batch timing captured in one short form, delivered to email and WhatsApp. Your first reply can then be a real answer about seats instead of five questions.

Proof, not promises

Sites we have built, including a live institute

The first link is a coaching institute site we designed and shipped, on its own domain. The rest show how we handle listings, enquiry flows and fast mobile pages across other businesses. More is in the portfolio.

What is included in an institute site

  • One page per course with syllabus, duration and batch timings
  • Faculty profiles with photos and qualifications
  • Admission enquiry form capturing student, class and course
  • Prefilled WhatsApp button for parents who prefer messaging
  • Results and achievements section, with real names only
  • Fee guidance or an enquire for fees path, your choice
  • Photo gallery of classrooms, labs and events
  • Location page with map, timings and click to call

A reskin of one of our designs on your institute's brand costs ₹6,000. An original build starts at ₹10,000, and most institutes with several courses take the ₹20,000 tier because each course needs its own page plus a blog or notice board. The tiers are on the services and pricing page.

Take the admin panel option if batches and timings change every term. You log in, edit a course, update timings, publish a notice, and the site follows without a message to us.

One thing we will not do is invent results. If a site claims a hundred percent selection rate and a parent asks for names, you have a problem that no design fixes. We will present the real numbers well, which is more persuasive anyway.

Questions we get asked before every project

Do we need a page for every single course?
For every course you actually want admissions in, yes. A parent searching for NEET coaching in your city will never find a site where NEET is one line inside a general Courses page. Separate pages are also easier to share on WhatsApp, which is how most parents pass a recommendation along.
What does a website actually cost?
Reskinning one of our ready made designs with your logo, colours, photos and content costs ₹6,000. An original build starts at ₹10,000 for a four to five page site, ₹20,000 for a seven to eight page site with listings and a blog, and ₹40,000 for a full custom booking flow with post launch support. Those are the real numbers, published rather than quoted after a discovery call.
Should we publish our fees?
Publishing filters out enquiries you were never going to convert and saves your counsellors time. Hiding fees produces more enquiries but a lower share of serious ones. A middle path that works well is publishing a range or the per month figure and asking parents to enquire for the exact structure by batch.
Can students or parents download notes and timetables?
Yes. A downloads or notice board section for timetables, syllabus PDFs and exam schedules is straightforward, and with the admin panel your office staff can upload them directly. If material needs to be restricted to enrolled students we can put a simple login in front of it.
Do I need to buy the domain and hosting separately?
A .com or .in domain costs roughly ₹800 to ₹1,200 a year and you buy it in your own name, so you own it. Hosting for the sites we build is free on Vercel's starter plan for normal business traffic. We set both up with you and hand over the logins. We do not resell hosting or hold your domain hostage.
How long does it take?
Three to five days for a reskin. Seven to ten working days for a four to five page original build. Twelve to fifteen for an institute with many course pages and a notice board. Getting course details and faculty photos together on your side is usually the slowest step.

Send your institute name and course list, and see the site on your brand

One message with your courses and faculty is enough to start. You get a working demo before anything is charged.
