The brief

Global Voyager runs group departures for young adults: Manali, Kasol, Spiti, Rishikesh, Kerala and a set of international trips. The site was already on WordPress, and the team wanted to keep their WordPress login and hosting rather than move platforms.

They needed trips that a visitor could filter by month of travel, proof from real guests, and an enquiry path that ends on WhatsApp or the team inbox without a booking engine in the way.

What we built

A theme, not a page builder

We built the design as a standalone site and packaged it as a WordPress theme. The client installs it from Appearance, Themes like any other theme, and WordPress admin, login and media library keep working as before.

Trips sorted by month

The home page carries domestic and international trip rows with a month filter, so someone planning a December holiday sees December departures first. Each trip card shows nights, the departure city and opens a full trip page.

Reviews and guest photos

A reviews section pulls in their Google rating and real reviews, and a gallery page shows guest photos the team uploads to the WordPress media library, followed by their Instagram posts.

Enquiry form and WhatsApp

The contact form posts to the team's admin email, a WhatsApp button floats on every page, and the footer links their Instagram, policies, careers and payment details pages.

What other agencies can take from it. If your agency already runs WordPress, a redesign does not have to mean a platform move. A custom theme keeps your hosting and logins and still replaces the whole look.
