The brief
Vinayak Holidays is an Ahmedabad travel agency run by the Patel family. They handle three kinds of work: holiday packages, air tickets and visa assistance, each with a different person on the phone.
The old site was offline when we started. They wanted a site on their own domain with separate pages for each service, and enquiries that land in the agency's inbox and on the right person's WhatsApp.
What we built
One page per service
The navigation has domestic tours, international tours, air tickets and visa as separate pages, so a visa enquiry never gets lost among holiday leads.
Destination pages
Domestic destinations such as Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Kashmir and Char Dham, and international ones such as Thailand, Dubai, Bali and Maldives, each with a photo gallery, suggested itinerary, inclusions and best season.
Enquiries to the right person
Enquiry forms on the home, contact, air ticket, visa and booking pages send to the agency's own email, and WhatsApp links go to the team member who handles that service.
Moved onto their domain
We set up hosting and DNS for vinayakholiday.com and kept their existing Google Workspace email records intact during the move.
What other agencies can take from it. An agency that sells tickets and visas as well as tours needs separate doors for each. Routing each enquiry to the person who handles it saves a phone call per lead.
