Travel Agency Website Examples from Gujarat (Real Sites, 2026)
Three travel agency websites from Gujarat, looked at page by page: Vinayak Holidays and One Life Adventure in Ahmedabad, both live, and Garuda Travels, a Nadiad demo we built as a concept. What each one does, and which parts a Gujarat agency should copy.
Why look at Gujarat examples specifically
A national list of travel websites is useful for patterns, and we keep one in best travel agency website examples in India. But an agency in Ahmedabad, Vadodara or Nadiad sells to a particular traveller. Many trips start from Ahmedabad, pilgrimage and family group tours sell well, a lot of agencies run visa and ticketing work next to holidays, and almost every enquiry arrives on WhatsApp.
So this post looks at three sites from Gujarat only. Two are live client sites. The third is a demo we built for a Nadiad agency concept, and we label it as a demo throughout, because a concept build and a working client site should never be presented as the same thing. For each one we describe only what is on the page today.
1. Vinayak Holidays, Ahmedabad (vinayakholiday.com)
Vinayak Holidays is an Ahmedabad agency run by the Patel family. They handle three kinds of work from one office: holiday packages, air tickets and visa assistance, and each of those has a different person on the phone. Their old site was offline when we started, and the brief was a site on their own domain with a separate page for each service.
The full write up is in the Vinayak Holidays case study. The short version of what the site does:
- One page per service. The navigation lists domestic tours, international tours, air tickets and visa as separate pages, so a visa question never gets buried among holiday leads.
- Destination pages with real content. Domestic destinations such as Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Kashmir and Char Dham, and international ones such as Thailand, Dubai, Bali and Maldives, each carry a photo gallery, a suggested itinerary, inclusions and the best season to travel.
- Enquiries routed to the right person. Forms on the home, contact, air ticket, visa and booking pages send to the agency's own email, and each WhatsApp link goes to the team member who handles that service.
- A clean move onto their domain. Hosting and DNS were set up for vinayakholiday.com while their existing Google Workspace email records stayed intact.
What to copy from Vinayak Holidays
If your agency does more than tours, give every line of business its own door. A traveller who needs a Schengen visa does not want to scroll past Goa packages to find a phone number, and the person who handles visas should not have to forward holiday leads to a colleague. Separate pages and separate WhatsApp links solve both problems without any software beyond a normal website.
The destination pages are the other thing worth copying. Gallery, itinerary, inclusions and best season answer the four questions a traveller asks before they message you, so the first WhatsApp message is about dates and group size instead of basics.
2. One Life Adventure, Ahmedabad (onelifeadventure.in)
One Life Adventure runs group tours, treks and yatra packages out of Ahmedabad. The site title says exactly that, and the structure follows the same idea: the visitor chooses a kind of trip first, then a specific departure.
- Trips grouped by type. Himalayan treks such as Hamta Pass, Bhrigu Lake and Kashmir Great Lakes sit apart from yatra packages such as Kedarnath, 4 Dham and Char Dham by helicopter, and apart again from international tours to places like Dubai, Bali, Vietnam and Georgia. A trekker and a pilgrim are never shown the same grid.
- Ahmedabad as the starting point. Sections such as Departures From Ahmedabad and Board At Ahmedabad make it clear where the group meets, which matters more to a Gujarat family than a generic itinerary does.
- Gujarat weekend trips. There is a Gujarat region with short trips such as Polo Forest, Saputara and the Statue of Unity, alongside the bigger Himalayan and international departures.
- A dedicated group tour page and one URL per package, so each trip can be shared on WhatsApp as its own link and can rank in Google on its own.
- Their own photographs. A section headed Shot On Our Own Departures shows images from real trips, which does more for trust than stock photography ever can.
- A WhatsApp link on the site, so a question about any departure is one tap away.
What to copy from One Life Adventure
Sort trips the way your travellers think about them. A group operator in Gujarat usually sells to a few very different audiences: young trekkers, families on a pilgrimage, couples looking at a short international break. Putting them on separate listing pages is the cheapest conversion improvement available, and it costs nothing but planning.
Show where the trip starts. If your departures leave from Ahmedabad, say so on the package page itself. It removes a question from every enquiry, and it helps the page appear for searches that include the city name. How to structure each package page is covered in detail in tour package page design.
3. Garuda Travels, Nadiad (demo build)
Garuda Travels is a demo, a concept site we built to show how a Nadiad agency selling travel and visa assistance could present itself. It is not a live client site, and nothing on it should be read as a client result. You can open it at alphaxdezignerzstudio.com/demo77 and click through every page.
We include it because it shows a few patterns that the two live sites above do not, and because every visitor can test it on their own phone.
- Travel and visa together. The homepage positions the agency as travel and visa help under one roof, with visa assistance as a full section rather than a footnote.
- Packages, destinations and attractions as separate layers. Packages such as Goa, Kashmir, Himachal, Dubai and Bali sit on their own pages, and single attractions such as the Alleppey houseboat cruise or a Dubai desert safari each get a page too.
- Gujarat specials. Short trips such as a Diu beach weekend and the Bhuj craft villages sit in their own group, aimed at travellers who want a weekend close to home.
- Prefilled WhatsApp messages. The callback button on a package opens WhatsApp with the package name already typed, so the agency knows which trip the message is about before replying. The full approach is in WhatsApp booking for travel agency websites.
- A quick book page, a guides and stories section written for Gujarati travellers, a frequently asked questions block, and Terms and Privacy pages in the footer.
The pattern across all three
Put the three sites side by side and the same structure repeats. Each one splits its work into clear doors: services at Vinayak Holidays, trip types at One Life Adventure, and packages, destinations and visa at the Garuda demo. Each one gives every trip its own page with its own address. And each one keeps the path to a conversation short, a WhatsApp link or a form that reaches the right person, on every page instead of only on the contact page.
None of the three uses a booking engine or live inventory. For most Gujarat agencies that is the right call, because the sale still happens on a call or a chat once the traveller trusts you. If you are weighing a full portal anyway, read travel website versus travel portal first.
A quick checklist before you brief a designer
Use these examples to write down what your own site needs before you speak to anyone. If you are based in the city and want the service itself, our page on travel agency website design in Ahmedabad covers what we build and how. For budget planning, what a travel agency website costs in India lays out the plans.
- List every line of business you sell: tours, tickets, visas, hotels, group departures. Each one needs its own page.
- List your top ten trips and decide which category each belongs to.
- Write down where trips start and who answers WhatsApp for each service.
- Collect your own trip photos. Even phone photos from real departures beat stock images.
- Check that Terms and Privacy pages will be in the footer from day one.

Frequently asked questions
- Are these real Gujarat travel agency websites?
- Two of the three are live client sites: vinayakholiday.com for Vinayak Holidays and onelifeadventure.in for One Life Adventure, both in Ahmedabad. Garuda Travels in Nadiad is a demo we built as a concept, and it is labelled as a demo on this page.
- What should a travel agency website in Gujarat include?
- A separate page for each service you sell, one page per trip or destination with itinerary, inclusions and photos, a WhatsApp link on every page, clear information about where trips depart from, and Terms and Privacy pages in the footer.
- Does a Gujarat travel agency need online booking and payments?
- Usually not at the start. None of the three examples here uses a booking engine. Most travellers still want to talk before paying, so a fast WhatsApp enquiry path tends to matter more than a checkout.
- Should the website be in Gujarati or English?
- All three examples are in English, which works for most travellers searching on Google. Some agencies add Gujarati content for older family travellers. Decide based on who actually messages you today.
- Can I see a demo of my own agency before I pay?
- Yes. Request a free demo through the free demo page or message us on WhatsApp at 7383552512, and we will build a sample site with your name, trips and photos before you decide.
